MAICHEM CARBOTEN CLEANER & DEGREASER
The Extra Duty water-based Cleaner and Degreaser
MAICHEM CARBOTEN is simply extra duty water-soluble cleaner and degreaser. It is specially designed and contained the superior performance and safety of cleaning products. It uses high grade wetting and penetrating agents that power out stubborn soils, greases, oil, drill mud, crankcase oil and the like. It is not just a degreaser and not also any cleaning agent.
MAICHEM CARBOTEN is an amazingly effective extra duty degreaser and all purpose cleaner in one. It actually breaks down the molecular structure of any oil, grease or fat, destroying the binding agents that are at the heart of most stubborn clean-up problems.

To achieve an optimism performance from protective coatings on any surfaces require more than the coating itself. Perhaps a good performing coating should fight the effects of corrosion, reduce re-work, liabilities and importantly the lifespan costs. But most of the time the premature coating failures is due to the result of existing of salts such as chlorides, sulphates and nitrates. These is often been left on a surface before applying coating. And true enough when you see paint that have blistered and rusty surfaces, it is a very strong indication the coating was applied over salt contamination.
